Our manufacturing and service centers are in-house, which means our engineers are available for quick diagnosis and repairs happen on the spot. Our goal is to service your product and return it to you within 3-5 business days.*

Ordering parts, or repairing or replacing an OMNEX product is easy. Simply contact our Customer Service Department and a representative will be happy to assist you. Not sure what parts you need? Call us for assistance!

When you call, please have your product serial number and product description available. Should a repair be necessary, we'll provide you with an RMA number  for shipping purposes, along with complete shipping and customs instructions to prevent delays.

Transmitter/Receiver Matching Service

OMNEX offers a replacement matching service at no extra cost! If you're having trouble determining which transmitter or receiver you need, simply send us the part to be matched and we will replace what's missing to complete your system. For transmitter/receiver matching, simply call a Customer Service Representative at 1.800.663.8806.

 

Shipping Guide

If you are shipping product to us for repair, please follow the steps below.

Before you ship, call our Customer Service Department to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for expedited processing.

Shipping from Canada:

1. Clearly print the RMA Number on the outside of the shipping carton.

2. Arrange prepaid shipping via the carrier of your choice. Please note, we will NOT accept collect shipments.

3. Ship to:

Shipping from the US or another location outside of Canada

1. If you are shipping from countries other than Canada, we strongly suggest you contact us in advance to expedite your shipment through Customs.  Our customer service procedures make the process easy! Simply call our Customer Service Department and we'll provide you with all the information you need to complete the necessary Canada Customs forms and ensure your equipment reaches us as quickly as possible.

2. Clearly print the RMA Number on the outside of the shipping carton.

3. Ship via the carrier of your choice, arranging for duties, taxes, and shipping to be paid by you. When completing waybills, be careful which boxes you tick; on international waybills “prepaid” does not always include duties and taxes. Please note, we will NOT accept collect shipments or shipments that have duties or taxes owing on them.

OMNEX Warranty Details

 OMNEX products are sold with a standard one year parts and labor warranty, effective from the purchase date.

If you need a repair and do not have a receipt to support your purchase, we would be happy to repair your item under warranty if we determine the item was manufactured within one year of your repair request. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information about OMNEX warranties.

Extended Warranties

In addition to the integrated service we provide at OMNEX, our Technology Partners and OEMS may provide extended warranties and support to serve your unique needs. Please contact your local dealer or equipment manufacturer for more information about extended warranties and assistance.

 

 

* We make every effort to service your OMNEX product and ship it back to you in an expedited manner, though shipping times may vary due to credit processing procedures.
